Don't pluck, wax, tint, thread, or do any hair removal.

Don't apply any products containing acids to the brow area.

HealingDay 1

Step 01 · The First Day

Keep Clean & Dry

Do not touch your eyebrows. They may feel a little tender and appear slightly red — this is completely normal and settles quickly.

Brows beginning to scab
HealingDay 1–3

Step 02 · Early Scabbing

A Thin Layer Forms

Your brows will start developing a thin layer of scab. Continue keeping them dry and clean, and resist the urge to touch or rub the area.

Step 03 · Begin Ointment

A Rice-Grain of Care

Apply a rice-grain amount of aftercare ointment to each brow with a cotton swab and clean hands, morning and night. Brows shouldn't look greasy or shiny — too much can suffocate the skin. Never apply to a wet tattoo.

Step 04 · Back to Normal

Safe From Water

Brows are now safe from water and you may return to your normal skincare routine. They'll appear light at first, then deepen each week for up to six weeks as the color resurfaces.

Your brows are healed and looking gorgeous. The final result is now apparent — effortless, natural definition you'll love waking up to every single day.

Protect Your Investment

To avoid infection and ensure the best possible result, please follow these post-treatment instructions closely.

The First Few WeeksGentle care now — flawless, lasting brows later.

The First 7 Days

Gentle & Dry

Remember: 70% of your final result depends on your aftercare.
  • Do not let water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch the brow area for the first 7 days.
  • Wash your face carefully around the brows — keep your face away from the shower head, or take a bath.
  • Itching and flaking are normal. Avoid picking or scratching, as it can pull off scabs prematurely and cause patchy results or scarring.
  • Never rub the treated area — it disturbs the skin's natural healing.

Avoid for 14 Days

Let Your Skin Settle

  • Increased sweating, sports, and swimming.
  • Hot saunas, hot baths, or Jacuzzis.
  • Sun or salon tanning and UV/UVA exposure — known to shift color and cause premature fading.
  • Laser or chemical treatments, peelings, or any creams with Retin-A or Glycolic acid on the area.
  • Picking, peeling, or scratching the pigmented area.
  • Heavy household cleaning with airborne debris.
  • Drinking alcohol in excess, which slows healing.
  • Driving in open-air vehicles — convertibles, boats, bicycles, or motorcycles.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to feel confident before your appointment. Still have questions? Your free consultation is the perfect place to ask.

Does semi-permanent makeup hurt?
Most clients feel only mild discomfort. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure, so the sensation is usually described as light scratching or pressure rather than pain.
How long does semi-permanent makeup last?
Results typically last 12 to 18 months depending on the technique, your skin type, and aftercare. Brow treatments and lip blush include a complimentary touch-up at 4 to 8 weeks, and we recommend a yearly refresh to keep color crisp.
Is semi-permanent makeup safe?
Yes. Our certified artists use sterile, single-use needles and premium pigments. Every service begins with a free consultation. It is not recommended for clients who are pregnant or nursing, diabetic, undergoing chemotherapy, or who have certain other conditions, so please review the contraindications with us first.
What's the difference between nanoblading, microshading & powder brows?
Nanoblading creates ultra-fine, hair-like strokes for a natural, defined brow. Microshading builds soft, powdery brows from fine pigment dots and suits oily or mature skin. Powder / ombre brows give a soft, shaded brow-pencil look with a gradient from light front to defined tail.
How long is the healing process?
Full healing takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Brows scab lightly in the first few days, flake around days 4 to 14, then the color resurfaces and deepens. The final result is visible roughly 30 days after your appointment.
How much does semi-permanent makeup cost?
Brow services (nanoblading, microshading, powder/ombre) start at $600, permanent eyeliner from $350, lip blush $650, and micro-needling and plasma lift from $250. All prices are starting prices and include a free consultation; final pricing depends on your goals.
Do I need a touch-up appointment?
Yes — a new set of brows takes two appointments to complete, which is why your 6 to 8 week touch-up is complimentary. After that, a yearly touch-up keeps your results fresh, though schedules can be customized to how your skin fades.
