Refund » Cancellations » Informed

 To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:
  • Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
  • While receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
  • Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
  • Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.
Guarantee:
  • Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days and 7 days for dipping and enhancements service after your appointment. If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with original color of service.
  • You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
  • Repairs after guarantee time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • We will not be responsible for any infected nails.
Refund:
  • No refunds will be given after your service done.
  • As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
  • If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
  • No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
  • We will redo any service at no cost to you provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
Appointment:
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled treatment. Please keep in mind that if you should arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the original scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hour notification.
  • Please inform additional services (nail design, nail soak off...) when you schedule appointment. More info you give us for your service will help us put you with right technicians and extend your service time.
  • Eyelash extension and group more than 5 peoples will require a $50 deposit.
Pricing:
  • Price of service and other charges are displayed on the price list, please make sure you know before service.
  • For customize nails please check with your nail technician prices before started.
Payment Methods:
  • We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
  • Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.
GiftCard | E-GiftCard:
  • Gift card are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
  • Gift card are not redeemable if lost or stolen
  • We are not liable to redeem any gift card that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.
  • There are no returns or exchanges of products purchased.
Surveillance:
  • For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance.
Child Safety:
  • For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parent while in salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. To respects our clients relaxing, please keep your children not run around, yelling or crying. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Personal Items:
  • Keep all belongings with you. We not responsible for lost, damage or stolen.
  • Please be extra careful when handling polishes and check if any belongings are left behind.
We reserve the Right to Refuse Service to:
  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
  • Anyone in ill health that we may suspect be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service.
  • Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment.
  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
  • Anyone who is rude or come in with bad attitude.
